Future Leaders of the World (F.L.O.T.W.)

A leadership and academic achievement program supporting young people with mentoring, skills-building, and recognition—born from outreach in North York schools.

Who it’s for: Youth (middle school through post‑secondary) and emerging community leaders.
What happens: Mentorship circles, workshops, and the annual F.L.O.T.W. Awards’ Day (next: Sunday, August 23, 2025 – York Woods Library).
Why it matters: We celebrate excellence and build confidence for the path ahead.
